1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our services, receiving an estimate, or opting into SMS notifications from R&E Hardscaping LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services & Estimates
All estimates provided by R&E hardscaping LLC are valid for 10 days from issuance unless otherwise specified in writing. Project timelines, materials, and final costs are subject to site inspections, permit approvals, and utility line identification.

3. SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from R&E Hardscaping LLC, you agree to the following messaging terms:

• Message Types: Mobile messages may include appointment reminders, project status updates, estimate notifications, customer service follow-ups, and occasional promotional offers.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your project status and interaction with our team, but typically does not exceed 4–6 messages per month.

• Opt-Out Instructions: You can unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time. Text STOP to cancel. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

• Cost & Carrier Liability: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Property Lines & Permits
The customer is solely responsible for identifying correct property lines and securing necessary HOA approvals.

5. Limitation of Liability
R&E Hardscaping LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from project delays due to severe weather, material supply shortages, or unmapped underground utility lines.
